The in-season tourney?
Yes, the NBA had its first in season tournament this year, but it's done within the context of regular season games. I honestly didn't really pay much attention to it, but the Lakers won the tournament.
That's right, I think the quarterfinals constituted and extra home game.

Tonight's Laker advantage report:
Free Throws - Lakers 29, Pelicans 15
What would the disparity have been if it was in LA?
The rest of the franchises must be complicit in this. Otherwise I think we would hear a lot more complaining about it. Everyone seems to just go along with the program figuring it helps everyone's bottom line. Well, except for the fans of course.

Is now the time to move on Klay? The Warriors are done.

We should trade Kat for Keon Ellis.

Glad that Golden State lost and Draymond Green's antics won't be a part of the post-season storyline. Good riddance! To Doper's point, it does seem like Golden State needs to officially turn the page.
Sad that the Lakers won. Our old buddy DLO hit a clutch corner 3 to help seal the victory.

I know this is sacrilege, but I was rooting for the Lakers so our games were pushed up to reasonable times lol

Meh.
It's only been 22 out of the past 23 games Cool.
[Note: The one exception was in a blowout win vs. the lowly Wizards who were trying to lose. Remember, last year it was 42 out of 45 games... including all playoff games except for the blowout win vs. Memphis when the Grizzlies deep bench players went to the line in the 2nd half down 30+ points.]

My apologies for jumping the gun on this

If we DO flame out in the first round, I believe a KAT for Dejounte Murray trade makes way too much sense for both teams.

We need to hire the Bulls offensive coordinator. They do a great job of moving the ball from side to side, getting the defense to commit, and then finding open shots. It's something we really struggle with.
