If you haven't seen it yet, they mic'd up Lebron last night. You can see how he makes players better just by being on the floor & communicating.

The current MVP going 29/6.5/5/1.8 with 4.8 made 3's a game in 39 MPG's in the playoffs doesn't have the star power to match Lebron. Really? Curry can match Lebron blow for blow. He's been throwing daggers all post season.

I know the numbers, bud. He's still not LeBron James, who's been there and won rings. Curry's not 6'8, 235. Curry can't get to the rim whenever he wants to. He can't impose his will on the glass and on defense at a flip of a switch. There's a reason why LeBron's the best player in the world and an easy 28/7/7 a night.

I love Curry. I love watching him play. I love it that his team is the odds on favorite to win it all. But no, he's not Lebron James. At least not yet.

Curry is playing as good as anybody right now. He is the reigning MVP. He doesn't have LeBron's size or history, but he has the better team around him. Right now Curry takes a backseat to nobody.

That's not the question, though. LeBron can carry any team to victory all by himself. Curry can't do that. That is the difference.

People, including yourself, can push for Durant or Curry to be on the same level as LeBron, but the reality is that they're not. LeBron is in a league by himself.

Lebron can push his team through the East, but like last year he can't overcome a superior team by himself. I'm not sure the Bulls or Hawks get out of the first round in the West. The Celtics don't even make the playoffs. Lebron may be able to steal a game or two, but he won't be able to steal a series. If Love and Irving were healthy it would be a seven game series.

I also disagree with Curry not being able to carry his team to victory. It's just a matter of time before he reaches that next level.

Another thing about the Warriors is their ability to hit the three. That means they are in every game.

We're straying from my actual point and it's turning into a discussion that wasn't my intention.

LeBron >>> Steph

That's not a shot at Steph, but I've seen LeBron do unreal things when the stage is big time and with little help. To say Steph is on LeBron's level is a bit laughable to me and it's trying to push the already-high hype before it's necessary. Both are phenomenal talents, but one's a superstar and the other's a super-superstar.

Man, the Warriors are playing good so far tonight. Very impressive. I think Steve Kerr has the old Bulls mentality about game 3. The Bulls used to win first 2 at home, and then put their strongest effort into game 3 to break the spirit of the opponent. If they got game 3, it was of course just a matter of time.
