I’m not disappointed.
Just pisses me off that the Western Conference team ALWAYS gets the best player in these deals. Who the hell did Chicago get for LaVine in that 3-team deal? Not Fox! No, he had to go to San Antonio, LaVine to Sacramento, and Chicago just got a bunch of throw-ins.

The Warriors giving Jimmy 60 million a year is hilarious. Draymond and Jimmy getting paid big bucks in their twilight is a wonderful way for the warriors dynasty to die

Josh Richardson in another Jimmy Butler trade. I think Miami did OK in this deal.

Someday the Wolves will be in the East, just in time for the NBA to do away with conference playoff seeding

Lakers get Mark Williams for Knecht, Reddish, a 2031 unprotected 1st and a 2030 pick swap. Wow. Didn't take long for them to get a big.

Looks like a good trade for both teams, but probably more consequential for the Lakers after acquiring Doncic. I now see the Lakers as a contender for the Western Conference finals this season if Doncic is healthy.

This deal causes me to reflect again on the Doncic deal. The Hornets just got Knecht, an unprotected 1st and a pick swap for MARK WILLIAMS. Dallas got the aging often injured AD and one first round pick for one of the five best players in the League who is only 25 years old. I find myself increasingly outraged over the Doncic deal and I’m not even a Mavs fan. What a demoralizing move for those fans.

If we ever started a thread to rank the dumbest head basketball executives in NBA history, Nico Harrison has already put himself in contention for the top spot on that list.
