I mean McCoy has offered him a bunch of shit to stay active with the Bills. If your running back wants to keep you that's good enough for me. It sounds like he's done though.

Bleed one other guy I thought of the other day it was a couple years ago but it looked like Mike Harris was on his way to being a success story of a guy that improved and possibly was a starting level player before his health issue.

That was another strange injury. My wife sat next to Mike Harris's Dad on a flight and he was talking like he was coming back. Sounds doubtful at this point.
Incongnito was a nut. I doubt he plays again in NFL.

That sounds very troubling.
Also just another reason not to work out. It's just too dangerous. :)

I need my morning workout or I am cranky all day. That and once I turned 40 I knew if I didn't get fit again now I never would be able to get fit again.

Yeah it sure gets harder to get and/or stay active. I turned 40 this year and I also ran my first marathon. I used to hate running and now I actually enjoy it. I pretty much have to sign up for another half or full marathon to keep motivated though. Trust me I don't train enough. I definitely notice when I get that exercise I feel a lot better all around. I REALLY need to eat better but at least I have gotten more consistent sleep this calendar year than any long stretch of time in at least 10 years.

I am with you. Sleeping, exercise, and water are key for me. Water is the toughest for me, but when I drink water I eat less and usually the water replaces bad foods.

I would love to see us go young at LG and RG this year. Danny Isidora and Aviante Collins could be the future at G for us. Compton the backup G and Hill or Remmers the back OT. Not sure how many OL we will keep, but we need a backup C. I don't see that Compton has ever played center.

Remmers is the RG unless Hill get hurt and O'Neil simply isn't ready. There is some positive buzz about O'Neill lately. Edison is the backup C at this point and they have said plenty of good things about him so far so he might actually be worth considering. Josh Andrews is probably not making the roster but he has played C. They might pick up a C for the practice squad that's maybe more ready than the guy/s they already have. The LG competition is pretty wide open though and a young player could absolutely The the guy there. I'm in favor of that over Compton but we will have to see how it shakes out.

I know you are right and part of it is we paid Remmers to much to not play him. I am a fan of Hill and hearing O'Neill pushing him for playing time is good news to me. I wonder who is the best RT on this team out of Remmers, Hill, and O'Neill. If it is Remmers I would rather have him start. I just don't see anyone upfront playing all year.
I agree about Edison. He seems to have done enough good things, but it is hard knowing how many OL we will keep in the top 53. OL flexibility becomes key.
