Ouch....

We have a bench!!!!!! :)

It sounds bad and maybe it is but what does that really mean? I mean was Jimmy out there just taking the ball and scoring everytime trying to prove a point while other guys were trying to work on their plays etc? Just another way of looking at it. Also maybe guys were not trying as hard as they could cause they didn't want to rough up a guy that is likely to be traded.

If it's true I don't see any positive way to spin it for the starters. You either got 1v5'd or Jimmy led a bench unit to a victory. Either way you look at it it's bad. The more that comes out the more we find out they are doing nothing to prove Jimmy wrong. Coming off softer and softer as the days go on. I think we are at Charmin 3 ply right now.

Pretty much.

Part of running a big business is controlling the narrative.

Every single narrative around the Butler saga makes the Wolves front office look inept or crazy and the players soft and lazy.

So we have a coach who is completely void of reality. A roster of cowards, and a player who is so stupid that he doesn't realize he made it even harder for us to trade him. I would imagine if Stern was still running the NBA that Jimmy would already be suspended, but Silver will likely give him a reward.

What a horrible image for the NBA as a whole, and even more ridiculous that all these cowardly, lazy so called journalists are celebrating this kind of behavior. If they experienced this at their workplace, they would be lined up at the HR office asking for counseling (after calling their lawyers).

I can only hope that Taylor has the balls to shutdown all trade negotiations immediately.

This Jimmy trash talking everybody at practice thing has now brought us to level 10 batshit crazy out of control.

I'm speechless. That's insane.

Part of me wants to trade everybody else and just keep Jimmy.

I think the real high-level players have a little crazy in them. Jordan, KG, Draymond....just relentless.

I think the problem with Butler is that there isn't a counter-weight to his personality, which could either be the head coach or another player of equal stature. So he just ends up splitting the locker room unchecked in our case. Sad, tragic, and intriguing all wrapped up into one and unfolding before us.

The ESPN interview tonight should be juicy. Let's see how else he can hamstring his value so he's stuck here for the year.

Taylor is bound to step in and either make the deal himself (disaster) or allow Jimmy to sit out and wither away. I can't believe he enjoys being the laughingstock of the league. I mean, I know he's kind of used to it with kaaaaaaaahhhhhhnnnnn!!!! and various other atrocities through the years, but this has to take the cake!

I wonder how the rest of the team took this today. Maybe the silver lining is it brings the rest of the guys together a bit more, even if it is bringing them together in hatred of Jimmy. We may also find out if it sparks some kind of pride. Obviously not the way you want to do that, and Jimmy clearly needs to go after today, but hey, let me find some nugget of hope in all this mess.

I presume this ensures Butler won't be allowed back at practice until they trade him, right?

This is all part of the plan to toughen up this roster...

Honestly I bet a lot of what Jimmy did in practice today wasn't exactly new or surprising to most of the guys there. Was it another level? Probably but yeah.

I hope they keep bringing him back. Let the 30 million dollar cry babies go pout in their piles of money if they don't like it. Jimmy seems to be the only one who gives a shit about anything basketball related right now and we're like a week away from the season starting.
