This isn't a "woe are the wolves" response... but I don't know what Cleveland would even want.

Oladipo was on an expiring deal, right? And was rumored to be unhappy. AND... Indiana is not usually a hotbed for free agents. Caris LeVert is signed for two more years.
Or, it's a Soros-funded plot backed by the MSM to turn Middle America away from the right way into a cesspool of uber-liberal ideological drones.
But it's ok when you guys bring it up.
I'd like to request that these "political comments" by Q and Abe be removed and placed on the general discussion forum... cuz I'm offended.
Keep it to basketball guys
Good luck finding our creator JD
You on the other hand should comment about anything besides basketball... 2nd worst basketball takes I've read (only trailing bizarro jerry) lol
I enjoy Jester

A depleted Houston Rockets team going through all sorts of turmoil just beat San Antonio on the road with only 9 players.
Oladipo didn't play. Wall didn't play. Gordon didn't play.
It can be done.

Watching the lakers in the 4th with Morris, Harrell, James and Kuzma all on the floor at the same time. Didn't know this much height was allowed to play together.

Lol. I guess the Lakers haven't received Gersson's memo about the modem NBA game.

Lebron makes any lineup look adequate. I'm not a fan but I marvel at his durability and sustained greatness. Him and Tom Brady are one of a kind athletes while being complete opposites athletically.

My favorite draft prospect, Okongwu, played his first NBA game tonight, coming back from a toe injury sustained just before the season started. In only 14 minutes, he had 5 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal.
Another draft favorite of mine, Patrick Williams, has started every games for the Bulls so far this season. He had a good night tonight with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocks. So far this season he's been averaging 10.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1 steal in 26.5 minutes per game while shooting 47.2% from the field and 45.6% from behind the arc. As a starter, he's putting those numbers up against the best players on the teams they're playing. I believe that Williams was the youngest player in this draft class. In contrast, our own Anthony Edwards, coming off the bench, has averaged 12.5 points per game at an incredibly inefficient rate of 37.9% from the field and 26.7% from behind the arc.
My #1 FA target, Bobby Portis, pulled down 13 boards in only 17 minutes tonight while adding 8 points. He's been average 11.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1 steal in 24 minutes per game so far this season while hitting 56.2% of his FG attempts and 40.7% from behind the arc on around 2.3 attempts. I won't bother including Juancho's stats.
Edwards and Juancho would end up performing much better than Williams and Portis by the end of the season. Edwards could certainly end up much better than Williams in a year or two. But so far, not so good. I've been pleasantly surprised by Edwards' passing and effort so far this season. What concerns me, however, is that his really poor shooting efficiency aligns with his college stats. Some draft analysts attributed his poor shooting in college to the lack of talent around him in Georgia, which left him heavily guarded and led him to take bad shots. Those explanations don't apply to his current situation where he's not the sole or main focus of the offense. So I'm worried that he's simply a poor shooter.

Lip, I liked Okongwu also (although I didn't see a viable path for us to draft him), so I was curious to watch his first game. I don't know if you watched, but he was not very impressive...not unexpected for a kid playing his first game though. He subbed in for Collins in the first quarter and got yanked out after a few minutes looking lost on defense and missing two ill-advised shots. He was then given a lot of 4th quarter garbage-time minutes to get his feet wet, and that's where he got his rebounds...I think he may have had three in the final minute! I think the kid has a lot of potential, but in all honesty McDaniels has looked surprisingly better in his mop-up minutes than Okongwu last night.
Williams is another guy I liked in college...athletic and fun to watch. But my concern about his meager rebounding numbers in college (4 per game) have borne out in his early pro career...only 3.8 RPG even though he is being given 27 starting minutes per game. He's long, athletic and strong, so it's difficult to understand why he isn't pulling down 7-8 rebounds per game. I would surmise it's that intangible "nose for the ball" that some players have and some don't- the innate ability to instinctively move quickly to where the ball is going. I think it's a reason some of us are so hopeful about Vando...unlike Williams, he seems to have almost Rodman-like rebounding instincts. Maybe Williams can develop into a better rebounder, but his college and early pro experience isn't very promising.
