I hope nobody bails out San Antonio on the Fox deal. But I would wait until they have to do something with Vassell and then try to swoop in and get him at a discount. Would be a perfect fit for the Wolves.

Hahahaha, I would hope Cool isn't the only one with a problem with pedos. I'm more concerned with his hair. As a guy who has a lot less moss than I used to, how does he get that mop to not fall in his face all game? He must buy hair care products by the case.

Odd reaction from someone so concerned with what a young black man does with his social schedule….Coolbreeze44 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 3:54 pmHahahaha, I would hope Cool isn't the only one with a problem with pedos. Good for Jordan Goodwin I always thought there might be something there.WildWolf2813 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 5:05 pm https://x.com/TylerTalksBall/status/2068775384728883431

Interesting. I never thought of the Suns as a viable trading partner in a Randle deal. I’ve always thought the only teams that make a lot of sense for a Randle deal (without accounting for cap constraints) are Detroit, Boston, Miami, and Portland - with Brooklyn and Memphis as possible secondary suitors.WildWolf2813 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 5:05 pm https://x.com/TylerTalksBall/status/2068775384728883431

I think the Wolves are definitely interested but my guess is they are also there as a possible part of a multi team deal especially if the reporting about the Pistons being interested in getting Herro are accurate.Phenom wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 3:24 pmThat's been the prevailing wisdom, yet the Wolves hang around. I'm guessing Jaden is the player Milwaukee is most interested in between the 3 teams and that is keeping them in it. Including salary, he is probably the most valuable asset among the 3 teams. Add in a potential 2033 1st and the Wolves are right there if they want to be.broscience wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 3:20 pmGiannis was held until the offseason which compels me to believe that the Bucks are going for pick oriented trades. Otherwise the optimal time to trade him was at the deadline. The wolves can offer only swaps in that department, or they could do a three team trade. I don’t think either is very likely considering how many picks Miami and Boston can offer

I think that’s a good take, Monster. I don’t see the Wolves getting Giannis and that’s a good thing in my view given what we’d have to give up to get him - leaving us with no quality depth and dependent on one star with lots of mileage who has had trouble staying on the court the past few seasons. But I agree there’s a good chance the Wolves get in on a multi-team deal for Giannis.Monster wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 5:21 pmI think the Wolves are definitely interested but my guess is they are also there as a possible part of a multi team deal especially if the reporting about the Pistons being interested in getting Herro are accurate.Phenom wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 3:24 pmThat's been the prevailing wisdom, yet the Wolves hang around. Oh, how times have changed!
This is one of Jonny K's podcasts from back in March '25, shortly after Randle's return from injury. They were gushing over how well Randle was playing...
Ignoring the OKC debacle, Randle played well and earned that extension last offseason.
This year, Randle was terrible post trade deadline/all-star break. Lip commented how Phil Mackey conveyed some info from inside the Wolves on Randle's poor play. But he really didn't convey the full context of what Mackey was saying. Randle was 100% turned off with his name appearing in a potential trade at the deadline. From that moment going forward, he had in his mind that the Wolves were going to trade him. And it showed in his play. It's part of the reason he skipped the post-season exit interview -- he was still convinced the Wolves were going to trade him. (and, I guess he's right!)
But, talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy!!!
