Wowowowowowowowowowowow OKC!!!!

This has got to start putting a huge dent in the notion of the Warriors being the best team the league has ever seen talk and the idea of Curry being the best player on the planet right now.

I've already switched my vote to Other. Curry is mortal after all.

Just my two cents these games shouldn't discredit the notion of steph being the mvp or best player in the world (still lebron). He has just been off what sucks but he still is 2nd best player in the world

Man, it's not that crazy that OKC is beating GS to me, but they are running all over them right now. GS just looks lost, they have spurts where they look like the regular season team and then OKC just decides to turn it up a notch and run away from it. Also glad to see Derozan and Biyambo doing well with Toronto. Was a big fan of drafting both guys (I actually wanted Derozan instead of Curry and definitely more than Flynn) and now they are exposing the Cavs. It's more of a series int he East right now which is the weirder part to me.

It looks like OKC has finally realized their potential. They still have to put the series away though. Golden State won't fold.

Defense, wanting it, putting up a bunch of points on one of the top defensive teams isn't he league beating the Spurs in 6 games. Unless GS makes some shocking comeback here tonight I'll take OKC to win the Championship.

They're getting seemingly every loose ball. You said it... sure looks like they "want it" more.

Very disappointed in the jitters, laziness and quit from the Warriors.

It's like horse racing. Front-running takes a completely different type of horse. There is some major talent spread out in the league right now and GS has always played a style that sat on the edge of a knife. Shooting early in the shot-clock becomes habitual and cultural for that team. But the reality is that only 2 players on their squad should be allowed to. This series is showing just how much they lean on Green on both sides of the ball. Their "lineup of death" has been getting dominated by an inability to defend size. Kudos to Donovan for taking an old school approach to winning in two series now.

All that being said. This series is far from over. I dont think there is any way OKC wins a game 7 in Cali. So they have to get it done asap.

I think KD is making a pretty strong case that he is the 2nd best player in the world right now. Id take him over Curry on my squad.

That was SUPPOSED to be the narrative. Actually, OKC is destroying the Lineup of Death by going with their own "small ball" lineup.

Adams/Kanter combined minutes:
Game 1: 54 minutes.
Game 2: 51 minutes.
Game 3: 35 minutes.
Game 4: 33 minutes. (Kanter only played 8+ minutes)

A small-ball lineup with an engaged Ibaka at the 5 and Durant playing great defense at the 4 has destroyed GSW. You can see it in the +/- splits last night.

The Thunder were -7 with Adams in the game. But with Waiters in as part of that small-ball lineup... +24. In Game 3, it was even worse: Adams was 0. Kanter was -17. Waiters was +32.

[Note: I was secretly hoping for an Ibaka for #5 trade. And other teams were hoping for an OKC loss to pilfer the team's stars. That seems to be changing...]
