Great win. And first back to back win in forever!

Good to see Malik Beasley increase his (trade) value. (Still want his a$$ traded this off season so Jaylen Nowell can be unleashed)

When Malik Beasley and Tauren Prince make shots this team is awfully dangerous. But that story of season they would be top 6 team now if the bench was more consistent.

Good first quarter. Feel like the game is there for taken GSW not playing with a ton of intensity.

Yeah, Nowell is just an all-around better guard. He can't quite go nuts from 3 like Beasley can, but his game is so much more complete in terms of his ability to put the ball on the floor, find guys, and score at all three levels. I know Beasley is ahead of him in the pecking order for very rational reasons, but I have to believe Malik gets moved this offseason to add more size and Nowell gets promoted to our first guard off the bench.

I thought that was a bit lame. Just blatantly hunting 40. He and the team needs to grow out of that shit. Not necessary.

34th win. That hits the over on the original Vegas wins total of 33.5.

Another fun game on the books.

Full team effort and I'm very happy to confess that wanting Jordan McLaughlin out was very wrong of me.

So happy we have a coach that puts players in a position to improve their careers and make the team better

This was a big win. Yes, the Warriors were missed a couple key starters. But the Wolves were missing one of their top three with Edwards out. In any event, it's about taking advantage of opportunities. Tonight was a chance to beat one of the top three teams in the West and the Wolves took full advantage.

These last two wins were against really good teams and they could have easily been losses. With their next five games against OKC, Portland and Orlando (3 of them at home), the Wolves are poised for what could be a win streak that defines their season. They could turn these last two wins into a 7-game win streak and set themselves up well for a 5th or 6th place finish. Even winning four of the next five would be huge for this team. I expect no less than three wins in the next five games with a good chance at four.

Gupta's decision to pass on dealing Beasley at the deadline certainly paid off tonight against the Warriors. I still see Beasley being moved in the off-season, but I think Gupta made the right call keeping him for the balance of this season. He provides offensive firepower that this team needs off the bench. The Wolves will have financial flexibility in the offseason to get value for Beasley in a trade to fill a need for a big or wing and then backfill his three-point prowess via free agent market. I like the idea of Nowell as a major port o the rotation next season. And I want to see more of him as part of the rotation yet this season. But if Beasley can have more nights like tonight, Gupta's decision to keep him for now will mean more wins and potentially better playoff position.

If I looked it up correctly...since the trade deadline Beasley has shot 46% from 3. It's an early comparison but Josh Richardson has played a total of 47 minutes for the Spurs and hit three 3 pointers out of 5.

Those were the same culprits that spearheaded the Cavs run the night before with bad, early rushed shots.

But when they go in...

That's the rub. It's part of the deal with guys like them, especially Beasley. You just have to hope it's a game where he's on because it's literally all he offers.
