Awesome finish to the half for Minnesota. You get a three from Malik and D-Lo. You get the finger roll from KAT in transition. Then you get the sweeping right hook from PatBev in the lane. All of a sudden the lead grows to nine and they force another turnover to keep the Lakers from getting a shot off at the horn. The Wolves look like they have more juice tonight even without Anthony Edwards and suboptimal bench play.

The story of the first half is Towns punking Davis and the Lakers thanking their lucky stars that their old molasses legs don't have to guard Edwards

Yeah, towns easily winning the Kentucky battle tonight. He seems to put a little more effort in whenever Davis is on the court. I was actually glad when AD came back.

Can't say enough about vando tonight either. Terrific defense on lebron, and great on the boards as usual.

Vando desperately needs to add a floater/runner to his game. He doesn't even look to score in the paint.

LeBron throws the ball off Vando's face (what the fuck was that) and Malik takes the deflection for a fastbreak dunk with LeBron trailing. Love that he didn't go up weak and attempt a layup.

Hope Vando didn't chip a tooth or anything stupid there. That pass had some velo.

Wolves offense is getting a bit stagnant. The ball isn't moving like it should. Way too many turnovers in this stretch as well. Lead went from 14 to six after a Lakers 8-0 run.

He's always reminder to me to not go to prison. Wouldn't want my rec league shooting to go from 20% to 10% that would be embarrassing
