Okogie is such a huge liability on the offensive end. Yet, his defense was key to forcing a miss on Indiana's last shot of the 3rd quarter. Unfortunately, I see him as a net negative. I'd rather see Nowell out there with the second unit.

Yep, I'm in. Nowell should be getting fed plenty of minutes this season. No excuse not to.

I agree that defenses can simply go away from him too then leave him open on offense. So he won't add much on defense but kill the offense. Even when he's on the best player they still beat him up too often. Guys like Beal or LeBron of course. It doesn't really matter much if you're a good defender on them, their offense is so good the defense doesn't matter.

Give me some Reid/Towns minutes. I'm really intrigued at how that would work out. If this was 2010, those guys would be starting together playing 30-plus minutes a night.

That's so crazy. When I watched baseball in the 90's they had Tony Gywnn and then for 20 years the only Padre I remember is Trevor Hoffman.

We will see it again...not sure we can guard the shooters with that lineup but sure would like to try
