I think he is doing a good job, I have a feeling that the tank job is a factor that has trickled down into the effort levels of KAT and Wiggins. But still, the players should be doing more if they really cared about winning. I don't think there is a question that the players being held out for weeks on end for mysterious illnesses has effected their effort though.
He most definitely isn't doing a good job.
What specifically do you think he is doing poorly which is under his control? I think the small lineups is for sure a thing Rosas wants.
Rotations are poor.
Game management has been poor.
Cant motivate players.
No identity on offense and defense.
Other than being a nice guy, i dont think hes done anything positive this year.
You have to realize this is a tanking season. As horrible as Thibs was I consistently said that the motivation is mostly on the players. It still is. Wiggins however has been better then ever this season. If you listened to Ryan about how he and him talked in the offseason I would credit Ryan for getting more out of Wiggins then anyone else has. He's at least been more efficient and not a complete negative player now.
Like I said before, purposely having players held out for mysterious illnesses is a major factor in having the veterans not come out and give effort. It sends a signal that we are not trying to win this year. My feeling is that is coming from Rosas as he sees a need for more talent to build a winner.
If anything the lack of using challenges correctly has been my only real criticism. If the players are not coming to play hard I put that on Rosas and the players by far.
