Sources: The Los Angeles Clippers proposed a blockbuster deal to the Minnesota Timberwolves involving forward Blake Griffin and center Karl-Anthony Towns. Full story coming on @BBallInsiders.

Twitter account of Michael Scotto, know nothing about him but he has a blue check mark

I agree, just thought I should post it, it was a guy with a blue check mark. It is a message board so might as well post everything that could have some credibility behind it

The Bulls are thrilled with the deal. They got the 3 young starters with great upside, all under the age of 23. If only the wolves were so lucky when we traded KG.

I just read the dudes article on the subject. Pretty much said clippers offered wolves denied right away. Now why the fuck would he tweet something like that if there was not a chance of happening.

Oh ya clicks....... 1k likes on twitter.

Could end up as a great trade for both teams. Wolves get an MVP candidate and the Bulls possibly getting 3 young starters. Lavine contract situation is going to be real interesting though.

Would do the trade 100 out of 100 times.

LaVine's getting the mini-max. I'm quite sure of that.

I agree Cam Lavine is likely gonna get paid. I'm gonna have to watch some Bulls games this year to see him play.

Despite Patton not lighting the G-league on fire he shouldn't be forgotten. Another roster space could net another worthwhile player and Tyus is getting run as a backup and spot starter which he may not have in other scenarios.

Hopefully the deal works out well for both teams. I thought it could at the time of the deal.

I wonder if Joe Johnson will be a buyout candidate. He hasn't been healthy much this year and by a quick look at the stats he hasn't played well overall but if he could get back to somewhat close to what he was last year he could be an interesting player to play in various matchups as I believe he has played a number of minutes as a PF for Utah these last 2 seasons.
