Yeah, Glen needs to step away. Building a Basketball team is much more complicated than printing wedding invitations. Not because all owners need to, but because he's been really bad at it 20+ years.

But letting a GM have total freewill is tricky. Leopold gives it to Fletcher, and he could screw up a two car funeral. Wilf gives it to Spielmann, and when it comes to Free agents and rounds 2 thru 7, he's been great. Daddy Pohlad handcuffed Terry Ryan, but kiddie Pohlads are giving free reign to Falvy/Levine, and so far it looks good. So there's no real blueprint. But there is evidence.
