That's the idealized version of Wiggins we saw tonight - engaged, making the right passes, and scoring efficiently by taking it to the rack hard. As J-Pete said, we need to see that more consistently, but he had a very efficient game and put an exclamation point on it with that dunk. Why didn't he do that against Denver!?

I hate to bring it up, but.....defense. Allowed well over 50% shooting from the Bucks tonight. It's nice when all of our shots are falling and the offense was clicking, but to me this wasn't as good as the Atlanta game where we executed on both sides of the ball.

Imagine Gay giving us that production like Bazz did on a nightly basis. But you could actually feel comfortable closing a game with him on the floor.

Yeah, Shabazz giveth, but then he taketh away. Man, he made some bad plays at the end of his second half stint, but not enough to erase the hot shooting from the first half. He gave us a nice boost tonight.

They need that guy off the bench. I've given up hope it's Bazz but for a night we saw what it means to a team. Wilson Chandler is that type also. But I think he's starting now. But I would really push to get Gay somehow, or a guy like him anyway.

Duke -- I agree with you that a talented, reliable bench player (6th man) should be our priority acquisition next summer -- whether via trade or free agency. I'm not sure I can see a path to getting Gay given the money he'll demand and the likelihood he'll recoil at the idea of coming to a lottery team as a bench player/6th man. Wilson Chandler type is a nice description of the sort of player we need. I haven't thought much yet about what free agents next summer might fit that mold or what realistic deals might be worth considering for that sort of player.

I missed the game tonight. But a friend who watched it texted me with updates and an analysis. He said it was the motivated Wiggins tonight - the one he said we typically see against the Cavs. He's so talented. If he can just get that motor running consistently game to game, minute to minute, then sky's the limit for him.

5-5 in our last 10. The improvements are there albeit incremental.

Yes. And we could easily be 7-3 or even 8-2.

The next time you guys wonder why Thibs has Andrew initiate some of the offense from the top of the key, spin up the 4th quarter tonight for your answer. May I say dominant? He's getting more and more comfortable in this situation. I love what he did tonight. Both for himself and his teammates. We need to see the overall game he brought tonight more consistently, but wow, what a show.
