I'm sick of watching a Sam Mitchell run team, I mean how many 5 for 5 subs do we need to watch to know it dosen't work. Also why do we shoot so many long 2s, they are such a terrible shot

I think that shot where Shabazz was open and hit a long 2 from the right side is a perfect example of where a culture that put a premium on 3-point shots would have prevented that from happening. It would have been drilled into him by the coaches that when you spot up on the perimeter, you are simply not allowed to be inside the arc unless making a hard basket cut.

Well, technically the reserves came in over a 6 minute period in the first quarter, so it wasn't exactly a 5 for 5. But the reserves were terrible...that's for sure. It would be great if KG and Tay could play more minutes (they're + 7 and + 9 in the first half) but they just can't. Sam is forced to play the reserves longer than he would like. Zach looks lost at the 2 for the 7th consecutive game. I think I would prefer to see Zach and KMart in the second half off the bench instead of Tyus and Zach.

Yeah, that was unfortunate. A terrific find by Ricky, and Bazz hits a 22 7/8 foot jumper. I put that on Bazz though...he's a professional, and he has to know he is 3 inches away from a 50% bonus on his shot. Bazz is a fun guy to watch, but I'm guessing he's not a fun guy to coach.

When can we have multiple dominant performances. It just seems like a see saw.

Zach and Kmart.....yuck. Zach needs to figure this out. Positional changes shouldn't throw him off this much. It's not like he's never played off the ball before, as he has in spurts both last season (with LoBrow) and this season.

I'm resigned to Tyus/Zach because they are part of our future - at least the medium term future. I just wish Zach's shot hadn't gone to hell. He and Wiggins have both just flat lined when it comes to outside shooting and it's frustrating to watch.

You're probably right...I don't want to see KMart anymore. But Sam is giving Zach a lot of rope at the 2 with 7 poor games in a row. Zach needs to turn things around soon or Kmart will start to look better to me.

Robson tweets that KAT is having a bad game, but I disagree. He's shooting terribly, but he's outrebounding Monroe and playing good defense

An argument can be made that PF is our weakest position. KG is solid, but neither Payne or Belly have been able to provide positive contributions. The both might get there eventually, but not likely this season. That is one reason Pek's return could make such a dramatic impact.

Of course, as I am typing this, Dieng is having one of the worst stints I have seen!
