Someone pointed out on Twitter that Flip talked about Dieng and Payne as guys that will learn and benefit from KG being here, but there was no mention of Bennett. Any thoughts on why? Is he in Flip's long-term plans?

I am wondering the same. Still surprised he was not on the sideline on Wednesday.

LOL!

And I have commented on Bennett before: while there might be some potential that is worthwhile cultivating, his salary will quickly become prohibitive, unless he really shows some dramatic improvement.

And I think the lack of length at PF by both Young and Bennett has opened Flip's eyes this season!
