Blah blah blah. So its better to keep him and let him walk? Offers will only go down from next Thursday and on --- and that includes the Warriors trade. Right now Golden State is competing with teams that have picks. After the draft, those picks are no longer available or become guys that the Wolves may not want and when that happens, the Ws can get more stingy. I hope Flip has some sense of urgency.

Maybe it's so they can expand it into a 3-way where they get Love and we get Gibson and Afflalo, along with other pieces to balance it out...

Possibly. Gibson, Afflalo, 16, 19 and Mirotic (unless he's the one in the Orlando trade) would be a done deal for me. They get to keep Jimmy Boy.

Possibly. Gibson, Afflalo, 16, 19 and Mirotic (unless he's the one in the Orlando trade) would be a done deal for me. They get to keep Jimmy Boy.

I'm guessing it'd take some combination of 16, 19 and Mirotic for the Bulls to get Afflalo, but I agree, I could easily see the Bulls then flipping Afflalo to the Wolves as part of some package for Love.

I wouldn't deal Love to the Bulls without getting Mirotic in return as part if the package with a commitment from Mirotic to sign with the Wolves thus summer.

What's the upside on Mirotic anyhow? Would he and Gibson be the centerpieces of a Love trade?

I'd prefer Mirotic is flipped for a pick anyway.
