If best eFG% (and just behind Lavine in TS%) of our wings is a disappointment from Bazz I can't wait to see when he's playing well. Bazz has unfortunately been the odd man out, and Martin has shat the bed in terms of upping his value for trade. We may just have to bite the bullet and sell a bit low on Martin. Selling low on Bazz at this point is a huge mistake.

Well, I think that's just it.
I don't know if the Wolves would have to sell "low" on Muhammad. I think other teams can see that he can score. But I think there's still a limit on how much they value that...

It's sell low because there's no reason to get rid of someone who is young, has shown consistent improvement, and does a very important NBA skill well.

Maybe. But with Wiggins and (hopefully) LaVine ahead of him... could the Wolves shop him (and maybe others) to shore up another area where they need more help.
Maybe even get a starter caliber guy instead of sticking with a backup for one more year before he might jet.

Bazz's skill doesn't fit what we need on the wing. Wiggins and Lavine are both scorers who can do it off the dribble. Ideally the 3rd wing in the rotation is a big 3 and D guy who can give us 32 minutes at the 3. Bazz is frankly none of that so if we can land that piece we should do it. Scoring is the most replaceable skill in the league and the way Bazz scores combined with his defense doesn't fit what we need. We should throw big money at Batum or Harrison Barnes this off season.

In principle I think roles are far from being defined on this team. Let the young core grow together before tweaking. Bazz's skill has been replaced to try and get Martin some run. Let's see what happens once he is moved before saying anything absolute about a 9 or 10 seed. Bazz will still be quite movable moving forward, there is no downside to keeping him around. We can acquire a 3 and D guy without trading Bazz in free agency when we are actually competitive.

Package with Pek if Pek isn't able to perform at a sufficiently high level?

So Bazz is struggling as the 4th wing, but lets hold on to him, see if he can be the 3rd wing and then move him back to 4th again with an off-season move? Bazz is the most selfish basketball player I've ever seen and I don't think more playing time fixes that. I think it makes it worse because he's like a fish needing water in relation to him needing to shoot when he gets the ball. That fact hasn't changed since he entered the league and it's his 3rd year. He's no better than Nick Young right now. If other teams value him as more than that then I would jump on the chance for the right guy.

This is where I'm at as well (with both Bazz and Dieng). I agree with others who stated they are more second tier guys vs. "core". But both are still pretty young and on very cheap deals. I see no harm in letting them play out their contracts. There is so much that could happen between now and next year - we can't assume any player won't "fit". Next year we could have a new coach, new system, new vets and of course - new draft picks. We just don't know - so until we have a GM/Coach locked down - I'd wait on any deals with our young guys. As stated by Doper - their trade value shouldn't be affected if we give it another year.

So if I'm understanding correctly, if Pek can't play they should package Bazz and Pek and get what exactly in return? Cap relief? If Pek cannot play then he has more negative value than Bazz has positive, there is no GM in the NBA that would give up anything worthwhile for them.
