I am not disagreeing with your desire I want it too I just don't know if there will be a guy out there we can get that realistically will get the job done. How many coaches in this league are PROVEN to do both develop young star players AND win at the highest level?

I think Steph Curry has had something like 4 coaches since his rookie year with Golden State, so yeah, player continuity is a lot more important than coaching continuity.

This goes back to the point Abe has made previously. The REAL question is who will our next POBO be? That will largely determine Mitchell's fate and who our next coach will be if not him.
