The best way I've heard it explained. Is there is an original Mona lisa. The original will go for a ton of money. But their are also copies of the Mona Lisa, that are also valuable.
So the highlights they are selling are like a painting. Serial #1 is the original but the other serial #s are the copies

Speaking of money, anyone here use an advisor? Here's my advice. Don't do it! Put your non-emergency fund savings in a simple three-fund passive portfolio of index funds - U.S. stocks, international stocks, and bonds. Then set it and forget it.
