Well, it's official. We have been the worst defense in the league this pre-season, not that anyone would be shocked by that. Glad I missed this dumpster fire.
Wolves fan commiserate here!

Guys were still playing it there and to be honest there were some good moments from this team the Bucks were obviously better which...let's be honest if coach was holding them back and Bud is a big improvement (likely) that is gonna be a pretty good team. I get it no excuses we shound be better than that but I didn't see a team that gave up etc. That just me.
Also Nunnally I kinda want to see more of him but on defense he is trying so hard he looks like 2016 or whatever version of Bazz out there on that end. He is absolutely putting forth effort and he looks more athletic and quick than I expected. I think at least offensively he can offer something and maybe if he calms down he can defend.
I kinda like Odom-Johnson as a deeep bench guard. I think he knows what he can do and he plays with an edge. He won't be here but I wouldn't hate it if he was. Terrible bounce pass to Nunnally at the end of the game though...yeah I watched it that long. Lol

I saw a team with no cohesion. And although it didn't look likely they've totally given up, it looked like they didn't have that extra spring in your step that's necessary to complete at that level. But again, it looked mainly like a team that's just not playing together -- a team without a rudder. It really did look awful.

A lot of that ties to poor tactical coaching, including but not limited to the decision to start Rose and give him heavy minutes at SG. But I see the problem running deeper than that. It has to run deeper than that to be as bad as the team has been this preseason.
All that said, regarding last night's game it's important to acknowledge that the Bucks are pretty darn good. They've added nice pieces this summer, the Greek Freak looks even better and they have a heck of a head coach. The status of the Milwaukee Bucks should make Pat Riley want Butler even more.

Biggest reason for this change is budenholzer. They are playing faster, spreading the floor, and allowing guys like giannis and bledsoe to attack downhill. This is how the wolves should be playing rather than the slow half court iso offense that only caters to his exbulls.
