I don't have a problem with Tyus playing 38 tonight, but if anyone else plays more than 35 with a big game in NO tomorrow, I'll be very unhappy with Thibs.

It's going to be interesting. Because our bench was garbage they gave up a 12 pt lead in 2 1/2 minutes.

These are the games that are hard for Thibs.

They are often subbed back out so quick that they can never get into the game or get in any rhythm. Thibs rotations need to change, I'd try when Belly comes back to sub out Wiggins quicker and let him run with the bench some more with KAT. Belly can use more minutes anyways.

At least with Wiggins with KAT you'd have another ISO option to help score points. The bench just looks so lost, they almost need an ISO guy like Wiggins to carry some weight.

Taj is just so steady and reliable. He is the glue to this team.

Our bench is so unreliable now that we need the starters to come out and strong to start the 3rd to put this away early.

Yeah they are. I know the bench was terrible in the first half, but I'm concerned we'll have another 4th quarter disaster if he doesn't do something different. Thibs played his bench a whopping 26 minutes in the first half, while Brooks played his bench 65...yikes!

Understand your take, just hard when Crawford plays 8 minutes -12, bazz and brooks play 4 minutes both -9. How long do you play the guys before it gets out of hand

That's the problem, WolvesFan...reserves are reserves because they are not as good as the starters, but they are still NBA players. And they need a little burn to realize their potential. Having to constantly look over their shoulder to see when thibs is going to yank them is a prescription for disaster.

I see it as a chicken and egg thing, kek. Do the reserves get yanked early because they suck, or do they suck because they get yanked early? I think it's the latter...these guys need some burn to get comfortable. I don't see the Wolves reserves as being worse than the Wizards', but they are coached totally differently. I think Thibs needs to trust them.
