Very strange. That unit actually played some defense and hustled. We finally got some stops. Sam strung it out too long though. Message sent. Now get your starters back in there.

Even the kid sitting behind the Wolves' bench looks tired of Sam's shit.

No reason for Rudez to stay in the game while Towns watched. Same goes for Rubio and Jones. I get that the unit got the team back in the game, but you gotta trust your best players.

To bad Wiggins realized they weren't playing the Cavs or Raps.

What did KAT do so bad? Score too many points?

Totally agree. Ignoring the chump refereeing in these final minutes, you need to put the starters back out there. At least Rubio and towns.

Wig was fine, I don't think he ever touched the ball in the 2nd half.

23, 21 and 22... Those are the minute totals for Rubio, Wiggins and Towns, respectively. If I'm those guys, I'm ready for a coaching change more than anyone not named LaVine.

Must be. 21 points on 10-14 shooting in just 22 minutes... He also held Parker to something like 10 points on 3-11 shooting in the first half. Not sure why he got punished.

I have two thoughts about this game right now.

I've never seen a team pass up so many wide open shots as the wolves do, just to pass or dribble into more difficult ones.

Lavine has played really active defense all game, but any help defense on screens ad handoffs has been awful. See Paynes court time as the perfect example.
