Bad possession by Rubio, but KAT just freakin' stood there. He didn't even have to move much to challenge the shot. Payton has gotten the better of Rubio a few times in this game.
Indeed he has. He's also made a couple of pretty well contested 3's, which he normally doesn't do. These guys are playing us tough.

This has been a typical polarizing game for Ricky great one minute terrible the next.
