Yep. Not pick I would have made. I love talent, but questions about his basketball IQ concern me as do questions about his ballhandling and inconsistency. We’ll see how this turns out for Mr. Ainge.

He’s a guard with an 8’10 standing reach an da 7’2.25 wingspan. He shot 56.5% from the field and 38.3%b from behind the college arc in his second to last college season. He only played 6 games last season.
I have a similar thought process. We might be able to trade 31 w Brooklyn to move up to grab a big we like if they are around. I like Fleming or Beringer.

Interesting that Fears is still on the board. A lot of mocks have the Pelicans drafting Maluach. I think they’ll take Fears.

I haven't spent any time learning about him but he is supposed to have high end talent right? Jazz have a bunch of nice enough players they probably figured they may as well take a swing.

CBS was what I landed on for my draft coverage since I couldn't get ESPN etc. Avery Johnson is just a tad bit excited.

Hmm.. Not sure anything changes with the bigs that could fall to 17. But with the bigs being pushed down here because the Pelicans didn't take a big, maybe the Wolves moving up to get their guy is a possibility.

Good call Lip. The Maluach landing spot will be big for the Wolves.

Im watching ESPN but listening to Sam Veccenie's show on YouTube. He's my favorite draft guy
