Like the Lakers game the team didn't show up in the first half. Unlike the Lakers game where they decided not to show up until the 4th quarter, they took over in the 3rd quarter this game.

They are figuring some stuff out. The young guys just need to keep stacking good minutes under their belts. And it was nice to see Rudy impose his will on the defensive end, and NAZ remember how to play basketball.

Oh, and Clark is so damn helpful — Jaden doesn’t have to shoulder the entire perimeter defense by himself!

I think the thing that bums me out is just how damn dependent we still are on Rudy and Conley. I know Dilly had a good game by the low bar we've set for him, but I'm not sure we win that game if Bones and Dilly split the PG minutes. And I know for sure we don't win that game without Rudy.

The knock down effects of Rudy playing well AND staying on the court are immense. Most notable in this game was Naz playing a lot of minutes next to Rudy and not as a back up center. He is so much better on both sides of the court when he can play next Gobert, so its no coincidence that he found his groove tonight on the offensive end.

Like you I'm worried about what this means for this team later in the season, but yeah once again having adults on the court in Rudy and Mike was such a difference maker tonight. The issue is that it's time for Jaden, Naz and Ant to be the adults

I thought Ju would go off against Bridges, but I didn't expect Bridges to return the favor...each got 30.

Nice to see Rudy play with some fire...Kalkbrenner was no match for him. Now, let's see if he can do it again Monday against Claxton.

The game turned around when Ant removed his sunglasses.

Exactly, FNG. We’re not going to win games with Ant out if he continues his ridiculous sunglasses cool act on the bench. He’s been dragging us down with that tire act.

That dependency is a problem. I actually think we would have won the game if all of Mike’s minutes had gone to Dilly and/or Bones. But I don’t think we would have won without Rudy. He has to play AND PLAY WELL for this team to be good no matter what we get from Randle and Naz offensively. That’s a big problem (pun intended).

By the way, I hope we’re at a point where a healthy Clark plays at least 20 minutes per game. His perimeter defense in the rotation is critical to this team.

If Finch thought it was a problem, he isn't afraid to tell Ant and Ant would listen. It's the Hollywood personality in Ant, the more movies he's in, the more commercials he gets, the more fans that run to him in public, the more Hollywood he may get. Gone are the day's players wore ties and coaches wore suits on the bench. Luckily Ant doesn't miss too many games.
