Stress fracture is not good. I wonder if he is going to be a DH type guy at a young age for injury reason. He was not bad in the field for not playing there much last year.

It's a shame Sano is hurt and can't get back. I'm not a DR or anything but I don't think there is anything you can do to speed up a stress fracture. You just have to let it heal and there are a lot of factors that can effect the time table. From what various media people have said I've haven't had much hope for him to get back for a while.

Meanwhile Eduardo Escobar since the AS break has 12 HRs and 41 RBIs.

I'm curious what you find out. I just looked at what individual guys in the DH spot were hitting for the season and Sano's numbers were suprisinngly far from impressive. I think Grossman was in a little slump a week or so ago but he seems to have come out of that and if so he probably should be the DH most days.
