One of the benefits of sweeping a series is that by playing the absolute minimum number of games possible, you also reduce your risk of injury. So that's on Denver for not closing out a couple nights ago. And don't forget they played us last year with Naz and Jaden out! No tears shed here, that's for sure!
Very true. I think if the Lakers can hold on to win this one (tall order with AD hurting out there), I think they will be favored at home in Game 6 to push this to 7 games. Go Lakers!

Yes he is...never would have expected that from a 30% 3-point shooter in college. Jaden will be on him next week, right? That will mean a lot fewer open looks.
I would expect Jaden on Murray, Conley on KCP, and ANT on Porter.

Lakers offer zero resistance to Murray. He should enjoy it while he can.

I'll kick off a Round 2 discussion thread tomorrow, Tim, but I'd be concerned about Ant's 6 inch height deficit in guarding Porter. I'd reverse the two assignments.

Again, that was too easy for Murray. He had so much space on all his makes down the stretch. To splice into the other conversation, it will take a village to hound Murray and the Wolves have a village to do it. Jaden, Ant and NAW will get after him.

I like Charles Barkley. He's fun.

But gawd damn... he's been running with the Towns needs to stop shooting threes tired take for nearly a decade now. It's just such a lazy bad take. And the most obvious sign that he doesn't actually watch any games.

I already miss Grandy and Jim Pete.

Two Murray game winners in the series. Both times Denver choose not to call timeout and ran a pick and roll with Murray and Joker. AD switched game 2 and couldn't stop Murray, Reaves stayed on Murray and couldn't stop him in game 5. If the time comes where Denver will get the final shot, Wolves will need to be aware they aren't calling timeout so we need to have our defenders in the game to stop it. I do feel like Gobert can alter the shot and any of Ant, NAW, or Jaden can alter the shot as well.

I hope they get Kevin Harlan the majority of the games. So hard listening to the TnT crew

I think we can wear him down. Our gunsights need to be set on Murray and Porter. Make Jokic score 30+ PPG, as we have guys that can at least make him work for those points (KAT, Rudy, and SloMo).

Didn’t really know where to put his but watching the Knicks bs Philly game 6.

Just wanted say Maxey might be my favorite player to watch in the league. His first step explosiveness is a treasure to watch every time. I hate Embid but fuck thibs so go Philly.
