There's always 1 or 2 teams that crush the second half and pull away from the pack for the 8th seed.

Yeah and one of those teams makes a nice push and misses out. I wouldn't hate that too for the Wolves much since it's whatever team gets that 8th seed is basically just fodder for the 1 seed but you never know maybe there is an injury or something and you may have a chance at an upset or at least make things somewhat interesting. Portland didn't seem to be able to build on their run.

Anthony Bennett starting a new chapter probably a few months late.

Former No. 1 draft pick Anthony Bennett has signed with Euroleague power-club Fenerbahce, according to source.

There have been a lot of busts in the NBA, but I cannot think of another that had been as useless and AB while also being the top pick. To my memory, which isn't all that great, most high level busts have had injury issues that contributed significantly whereas AB just plain sucked! And to think, they could have drafted TheSP and he'd have contributed even less on the court, but compensated by taking up way less space on the bench!!!

Some of that bust factor is on Cavs picking the wrong player. They really botched that draft in general picking Sergey Karasev at #19 (I really liked him) and trading away their top pick in the 2nd round for 2 future picks and Portland used that pick on Allen Crabbe. The Cavs took Carrick Felix a couple picks later at #34. Basically they got next to nothing (except 2 future 2nd round picks) out of 4 pretty valuable picks. Are we talking about the Cavs or a Timberwolves draft? Lol

Philly going to win again. They are starting to turn a corner. Embiid has ROY locked up most likely and Noel is playing some good ball off the bench.....And Simmons isn't even ready to go yet.
It also helps that they aren't playing Okafor.
