Utah Jazz would be my pick. Buffalo Bills are another NFL team that would be in the mix.

Lebron and company are going to kill who ever wins this series lol, I'm just hoping for a game 7 first to try and slavage this dud of a playoffs so far

I like the idea of keeping your stars. Dirk is a great example, but in today's NBA they would have been calling to break up the old Rockets. Jordan went and played baseball and they got their 2. You just never know what can happen. Keep fighting, keep trying to improve. But this premature move to blow up teams is crazy to me.

When your core proves they aren't good enough to go all the way, i don't think you necessarily need to blow things up and start over. But what's the point of staying put? Just to put a few more playoff seasons together? Talk about kissing your sister. You should be looking to deal from your core to shake things up, or add a major piece to it if you are so fortunate. But I'd be pissed as a fan of the Raptors if they came back next season with the same key pieces and expected things to be different. I'd at least want to see some evidence from the front office that they are doing everything possible to take the next step.

Great game in DC, tonight. Watching Wall and IT go at it, it's difficult to see Rubio in those situations. Of course, we would be having KAT, Zach or Wigs handling the ball, so maybe it just doesn't matter.

The proof will be in whatever off-season moves Thibs makes...

all rubio has to do is be able to hit catch and shoot 3's, if he actually does learn how to do it the sky's the limit offensively

I agree, Bloop. I was actually surprised by Ricky's improvement finishing at the basket and hitting mid-range jump shots after the all-star break. It will be huge for this team if he continues that next season. But because of his elite free-throw accuracy, I've always thought he could and should become a reliable 3-point shooter on the catch-and-shoot. Thibs clearly sees that as an area in which Ricky needs to improve.

So I doesn't make much sense to have him on the team if Zach, Wig and Kat will be handling the ball. Why have a non-threat pg on the floor. We can do better. He's still a below average shooter and finisher. And while he gets to the line at a ok clip, in a tight game having Ricky go 1:1 to get a foul isn't an option. Actually kind of hard on the eyes watching him try and do that.

I don't know if you guys saw this, but Boston sat IT during crunch time defensive possessions. Similarly, if we need a last minute score and the play is designed to be a clear out for someone like Wiggins, we don't have to have any PG on the floor, including Rubio. Just get your best shooters out there, your best big in KAT, and Wiggins.

Well there is probably no way the Raptors bring back all the key pieces from last year just because it's going to be too expensive but let's say they do. Ibaka and Tucker joined the team midseason and then Lowry missed games in the playoffs. It's not like they were full strength and got beat plus they lost to a healthy Cavs team. So it's not like That team has just been gelling for a few years and keeps losing. Obviously they aren't going to just stand pat based on what they did midseason this year. They will have an interesting summer. Ujiri has been pretty savvy as a basketball executive if I was a Raptors fan I would feel pretty confident he would move my team towards being better.
