Dallas signed him to a $95 million offer sheet. The poor finals didn't factor at all.

I'm trying to reconcile the offer Barnes got versus Jared Dudley. I have concluded that Jared Dudley's agent should be summarily fired.

Yes we got him!

I'm not alone here, but I like this a lot. I know per 36 minutes stats are maligned here, but his were better than Dwight Howard's last year...and many other prominent centers too. Nice job, Thibs!

Mrs. Van Buckle is that you?

I thought that might hit a nerve with a few here. I'm guessing Mrs. Van Buckle would never have been considered hot.

Considered by most to be the best teacher to ever walk the halls of Edgerton Christian grade school!

I like that it's cheap. An actual fair deal for value. I like that this provides a logical methodology that Thibs and Layton are using.

This means the answer from Pau was "no", which is not surprising.

I suspect we will move along with two more fairly quick signings: a combo guard and forward, ala Deng.

Pau probably wants to win now. He's 35 years old. Even with him, we wouldn't have been a real threat to knock off the Warriors, Spurs, and Clippers next year. Probably the best decision for him, actually.

You only need to compare Aldrich's stats to Mozgov's to realize what a great deal this was for us. Aldrich had a better season, is two years younger and costs less than half...grand theft larceny!

Agree. I just checked out his per 36 too. Very impressive the last 2 years. Well done Thibs!
