Lost amidst Knight's famous temper and theatrics is the fact that he has a brilliant basketball mind. Definitely one of the smartest head coaches the game of basketball has ever had.

Exactly, Cool. He's an elite shooter, as well as an elite dribble penetrator and finisher. And he's also an elite passer. A phenomenal offensive player who is underrated defensively. And he's a class act to boot. He's definitely one of my all-time favorites too.

I think one of the most underrated aspects of Curry is his strength especially in the lower body. This helps him in several areas but it becomes very apparent when he gets switched onto much bigger players. They can't totally just go through him.

I personally don't think Steph is an ELITE passer. I think he is good but I don't think elite especially when talking about him as one of the greatest players ever. It's something he did improve more than a little even after their first title run. He isn't Steve Nash passing the ball but he isn't a scoring PG that passes the ball because it's the position he plays and he has the ball a lot. He is a legit PG making plays for others. Also his movement without the ball is pretty special for a guy that's a PG.

I disagree with you on Steph's passing. Bobby Knight was right when he proclaimed Steph the best passer in college basketball. He's only gotten better in that department. His passing simply gets lost in the rest of his tremendous array of talents, but it's there. He's the team's main ball-handler and he facilitates probably the best overall passing team in the League. He's the main guy who makes that happen.

Gonna have to agree to to disagree here's s maybe that's where I should leave it.

Ok...one last thing. I think you are forgetting about Draymond Green when giving Curry a lot of credit for the passing on the Warriors. Draymond is basically a PG out there. This isn't taking away from Curry and it doesn't take away from Klay either but those players really compliment each other well. They would be great players anywhere but I think those guys together and matched with Kerr...I'm not sure how many other situations would have played out as well. It's a special group. They have needed other guys to help them accomplish their championships just like any championship team but those 3 guys are all kinda unique in a way. We know Draymond and Steph are unique but Klay is sort of a star player despite not having the ball much and is willing to play that way. Klay feels a little old school in that way.
