Thx Tim. While Robson has by his own admission sometimes lacked objectivity when writing about his basketball hero KG, this is yet another example of his brilliant writing. good stuff.

I was thinking he could be like Bill Russell or Michael Jordan for this franchise. If today's press conference was any indication, it's looking more like Bill Russell, which is great news. If he sticks around in the front office/ownership for several years, he could really bring some respectability among the players and some brand recognition among the fans. That's so much more valuable than Thad or a first rounder.
