Yeah they seem depressed. Such a contrast to watching the Lakers last night who were having all the fun in the world.
I love the way the Lakers play. I watched a good part of that game. It's not just because LeBron is there, they played that way last year. Pushed the ball hard and shared it pretty well. They create open shots, just didn't hit many of them. Ingram is very very good, especially once the shot starts to fall.

Buddy Hield, Iman Shumpert, and Kosta Koufos for Andrew Wiggins, Justin Patton, and C.J. Williams.
Clear a bunch of cap space and get the best player in the trade? Maybe unrealistic at this point, though I did mention it many months ago.

I'd do that deal in a nanosecond if I were in charge of the Wolves. But do you think the Kings would do it?

It obviously depends on their view of Wiggins. If they still think he can become a star and reach his ceiling, then absolutely they do this deal.
For whatever reason, I don't think they value Hield like they should. Relegating him to a sixth man role in favor of Bogdanovic and Temple last year was always head-scratching to me considering his talent, though I understand it in theory as they tried to mix youth/veterans and offense/defense.
To me, and I understand the board did not agree months ago, this would be highway robbery in favor of Minnesota.

What we are seeing is teague and rose getting free reign and first dip at looking for their shots in our iso offense.
Towns is used as screener and wiggins is standing in the corner and the last option to create something when nothing happens with teague and rose iso.
That is a total waste of talents on the team. If we are building around towns and wiggins then using them as 3rd and 4th option is stupid.
If teague is harden/chris paul/westbrook level or rose is mvp rose then by all means, iso them to death. But they are not. Towns is being forced to work for touches. Wiggins has not looked good in pre season but I have no doubt that another coach would have gotten him better position and spots to do more and get more out of him.
This is terrible coaching.
Hey as long as rose is out there to recapture those mvp years, thibs isnt changing a thing.
Wiggins played great. Loved the motor and aggressiveness. Took a couple nice charges. Excellent D. His shooting is superb. I can see him being an AllStar this year.
