What's up with Taylor not showing up his ugly mug in his courtside seat lately??? Is that loser tired of watching his losing product first hand? Is he tired of Thibs screaming all the time in front of him and obstructing the view with the fat butt?

It wasn't a good game, but blaming him for the loss is overdoing it in my opinion. He contributed.
There is a common theme on this board to always find a scapegoat after a loss. Whether it's Wig, Thibs, Ricky or someone else, we over simplify things by pinning our failures on one or two entities. It's not that simple. These are collective failures we are seeing. We don't have only 11 wins because of Wiggins or Thibs. The entire cast of characters is coming up short. It may make you feel better to bang away at your scapegoat, but it's a bunch of noise.
I just don't get pinning the loss on someone for a poor shooting night when I see stuff like Towns giving up 9 of the last 11 points they scored because he is lost on defense when he was guarding Favors and he didn't box out Gobert. Then say he's absolved because he got double digit rebounds when the real story is 6 of those were offensive boards and he still finished 5-13 from the field. I don't get absolving players for major fuckups because of how they played the rest of the game when some of them weren't even good the rest of the game. G (soft fouls leading to multiple and one's) Towns and Wiggins (mentioned above) all played bad last night, but here we are seeing people blame Wiggins again because Towns got some rebounds and Dieng's just a role player.

I heard Souhan wrote an article shredding Rubio, haven't read it, usually not a big Souhan fan but I agree. He's holding us back.
Definitely a significant part of the problem game to game, Duke.

Ha, he's out of town on vacation BW! I actually go the other way on this one. If I were a billionaire with my own private jet, there's no frickin' way I would be going to 90% of the home games...especially with the way my team was playing. I would be on that jet every other week heading to some warmer place...Glen's a different kind of dude!

What's Dunn's excuse then?

I blame myself, they seem to play better, and win more often when I don't watch, yet I cannot turn away.

I haven't read the thread but my guess is one thing that will be lost is how well the Wolves played D in most of this game after not being good at that end for a few games. IMO they lost this game throwing away some possessions.

9th-best defensive rating over the last month.

I didn't see the game, but it's good to hear you saw some improvement on the defensive end. I think Lip was at the game and noted the same thing in his mini game report. Unfortunately, again they weren't able to get any stops at the end when they were trying to hold the lead...same old sad story.

I just saw that on Twitter. I was a little surprised but they had a nice stretch of games last month where they had some nice momentum on that end. Let's hope the Jazz game is a sign of more good play on that end to come. Besides Lucas is gone and Obama told them to play better D. It HAS to come together right?! :)
