Having surgery on one's Achilles tendon does not mean it was torn. The procedure was a debridement which stripped away some damaged tissue, exposing the healthy portion of the tendon. This type of surgery can be performed on something as relatively minor as tendinitis. It is an arthroscopic procedure and recovery time is usually less than 12 months.

You're a needy little bitch.
Then stay out of it. I didn't start the thread, and I didn't badmouth Pek.

So you go from not knowing what surgery he had to knowing EXACTLY what surgery he had, and I'm the one who can't let it go?
All I ever said was the achillies is no joke and I stand by it.

Let's just agree that Pek's injury was probably career ending. And by career ending, I mean he will suck/be hurt the remainder of his career. The sad part is that anyone with eyeballs should have seen this coming. It is the sole reason why I was against resigning him at all. He was injured all the time, and a guy that weighs 300 lbs isn't going to get his body to recover. Again, he will suck because of injuries, and no one should be surprised by this.

But Towns already has more moves than Pekovic... Pek can't really teach Towns how to be 300-pounds either.

I'd keep KAT as far away from Pek as possible!! If anything Pek would be the pupil.
