I kind of am hoping for a loss here. I don't want these guys to get complacent at all before the season starts. Happy to see the Nets playing well. Be nice if they play well in the second half but still lose.

We know it will take a while to gel. Hopefully the weak-ass schedule to start the season will let us win while figuring out the gel.

Lets see if we can start the 2nd half better than the 1st...

100% please nobody freak out based on this game. This is the 3rd time Gobert and Kat have played together.

It's one game against 2 top 15 talents in the nba and they are cooking

Yeah, and I'll add that tonight's first half deficit looked like a combination of things:

- Edwards and McDaniels sucking

- No McLaughlin to organize the second unit

- Questionable officiating

- High-quality opponent led by two stars playing like stars

Irving and Durant just dismantled the Wolves without breaking a sweat. I agree, no time to panic, doesn't count, still rusty, blah, blah, blah.....but they made that look super easy.

Minnesota also shot 2-13 from three-point range in that first half... I wouldn't expect that to become the norm.

Rudy just played awesome individual defense on KD there to force the miss.

That's an awful goaltending call there. Not even close.

I don't believe the weight Edwards added was "good" weight
