Wig was fine, I don't think he ever touched the ball in the 2nd half.
Wiggins was not fine. He's never met a loose ball that he liked. That whole starting group came out lazy and sloppy. KAT and Rubio were sloppy, Wiggins played lazy.
The problem is Sam never went back to that group after he sent them a strong message by pulling them so early. He took it too far.

Towns, LaVine, Dieng and Muhammad deserve the game balls tonight despite the loss. They were competitive. Everyone else dropped the ball.

LaVine may be felt good not being on the receiving end of Sam's ire! Even though he had a bunch of turnovers, he at least played hard.

It's comical how fucking clueless Sam is when it comes to rotations. This is the NBA and he benched his 3 starters for most of the second half. He must have been instructed to tank the rest of this year because that's the only reason I can think of why a coach would do that ever at this level.

Thought he was constantly in attack mode, though, which was refreshing considering what we saw from Andrew tonight. I also thought his defense was OK. He still got hung up on screens a little too much for my liking, but he was getting in his man's chest and sliding his feet hard, had plenty of good contests. I liked his overall effort.

I didn't see it the same way.

I know Rudez was part of that group that almost got us back in the game, but damn, he was 1-6 from 3. He knocks down a couple more in that run we had and it's basically a tied ball game. It's so frustrating because that's the only reason he's in this league! Argh!

Andrew was the only guy I saw stay in front of Giannis tonight. I thought he worked hard for the most part.

Sam knew exactly what he was doing. He wanted to send a message to those guys. The problem is he used a sledgehammer over their head instead of a little kick in the ass. I think that's how you lose a team of professionals.

PS: We desperately need another competent big besides Towns and Dieng. This Smith/Payne/Rudez thing isn't working out.
