21 free throw attempts. I don't care what anyone says, that's special.

Wiggins was terrific in the 2nd half. 32pts on 13 fg attempts and 21 fts. His most efficient game in his career and he was terrific on defense as well and even got a clutch rebound for once!

Rubio with a very good game but has some costly to's late in the game. Still solid from hima nd hope he build on these last few games of his.

Towns was feasting in the 1st half and got some timely baskets for us when we needed it in the 2nd half.

Happy with the win. have to give it to booker from the suns. He is going to be a star for them. Interesting matchup with lavine tonight. I take lavine over booker but booker has the smarts and game to be a star in the league.

Is that efficient enough?

you should ask Q cool.

;)

I mentioned this in another thread, but can you imagine if Coach Cal would have given Ulis, Booker, and Towns the keys to the team early on last year? It's unbelievable how much more we're seeing from Booker and KAT as 19/20 year old rookies versus college freshman.

Wiggins had a great game. He also actually won a 50/50 ball in the middle of a scrum late in the game. That possession was actually pretty damn important. I'm probably more happy about that than all the free throws. Phoenix is one of the worst defensive teams in the league (along with us!).

Wiggins' efficiency has gone up as his 3-ball has started to fall more and he's playing a little less isolation ball. It helps that he's not having to shoulder all of the offensive load.

Be glad we aren't the Lakers. They are losing by 47 points to Utah. Kobe is 1 for 11 and Russell is 0 for 8.

Not a Bill Simmons guy, but he tweeted tonight that the Wolves are starting to feel like OKC circa 2009.

We are lucky to have amassed this talent. Flip really did leave a legacy, I hope to God we don't follow in OKCs footsteps and trade a key piece out of frugality. Taylor is the only aspect of this team that truly scares me at this point.

I like Simmons a lot (he has his faults like all annalists if that is what you want to call him) but he has been high on the wolves all year. He loves what Flip did with the team and he still loves ricky. He rips Sam Mitchell so much and I love it. He has changed his tune on the wolves

We have a terrific starting 5. These 5 can compete with any starting unit in the league. The key is to get the right coach and add 2-3 more quality rotation guys. Ideally, we add a pf/c that is better than dieng and add another 3 and d wing and a pg that can play with rubio at times. Right now, I see the starters as keepers while the rest could be upgraded.
