Great find, Cam. What a luxury to have a guy who can defend like that. It's interesting to me that his position is PF, but these videos only show him against SFs and SGs. What do we know about his ability to defend taller PFs? It would be nice to have someone spell Love defensively when we had a comfortable lead.

I think Flip actually did a great job if this trade goes through. I didn't even have Luc on my radar because I didn't think D-Will's value was high enough for a starting quality player. How sad is that? High draft pick that didn't work out for us. It happens to every franchise at least once. Just add it to the Laettner pick and move on.

The guy who made those videos was doing a segment on Luc guarding top notch wing scorers so there wouldn't be many PFs to show there. To be honest with you, I never really see him guarding PFs. I think he's a SF all the way unless we're playing small and the opposing PF is Melo/Durant/LeBron/Tobias Harris. He couldn't guard a Luis Scola or a traditional PF, though. Not big enough. I love that he can guard guys on the wing though. His ability to play tight, but not give up much on penetration is a huge positive. Luc can't shoot for shit, though. He knows it too. Averages less than 6 shot attempts per game for his career. He won't kill us on offense. Solid rebounder from the SF position.
I like the trade, But we need scoring on the 2nd team, But DWil was giving noting to this team anyway,At least Luc can do one thing really good.. Hurry up and get back BUD we need ya..
