This sums up my perspective 100%!

I swear I heard something about the Bulls promising Mirotic that he would not be traded if he signed.
EDIT:
TheGrey @TheGrey08
@sheridanhoops @DarrenWolfson I thought the Bulls made a promise to Mirotic that if he signed they would not trade him?
Darren Wolfson @DarrenWolfson
@TheGrey08 @sheridanhoops Had heard same. That Fegan was told no trade. Things change. As I always say, it's fluid.

Darren Wolfson @DarrenWolfson
NBA source w/ a big stake in the #Twolves/Cavs talks verifies @sheridanhoops report: Gibson, Mirotic, McDermott on the table for Love.
Darren Wolfson @DarrenWolfson
As tweeted yesterday, #Twolves are big fans of Taj & Doug M. Where I disagree w/ @sheridanhoops: have reason to believe Wiggins trumps all.

That's a pretty damn good package.

It is, which is why it should drive up what Cleveland's offering. Wiggins, Waiters, Bennett and a 1st is better, though.

As long as the Wolves end up with Wiggins/Bennett/Solid starting quality PF/ plus a 1st or 2 then I'll be happy.
Question is, if the Wolves trade away Love/Martin/Brewer and don't take Waiters or another SG, then what vet SG can they sign to be the starter early in the season?

Ideally, Flip would end up with Wiggins, Waiters, Young and a late 1st out of all this. I don't have much, if any, interest in Bennett and would hope that Philly would take him as a young assett.
I don't see both Brewer and Martin being traded; perhaps just one of them.

If the Cavs called the Bulls and offered Wiggins, Bennett and a #1 for McDermott, Taj Gibson and Mirotic, I wonder how many seconds it would take Chicago to say "DEAL!!"

A Taj, Mirotic, McDermott package is enticing. Even better if it were to also include Jimmy Butler. But I'd still opt for a Cleveland package of Wiggins, Bennett, the 2015 top 10 protected Miami pick and the Memphis pick, which will only be top 5 protected in 2017.
