Of course, Austin Rivers provided quite a bit of drama against Orlando! Waive Rivers and add PatBev? I guess I wouldn't say no. He would not be a starter...
Nate Knight also would be in danger of getting cut. With Kat traveling I would assume he is close to being back
Oh well, I guess we will be getting some sandpaper back. I just don't like the stupid immature antics. Patting refs on the back after he goes berzerk, mocking the officials by raising his hand after a foul, and getting in dust-ups every other game.

This popped into my mind when I heard about the Durant deal. Bridges and/or Cam Johnson and picks for Towns could be where this heads.
KAT is a four 1st-round player. He's a perennial all-star and still in the middle of his prime years. You don't sell KAT for Bridges, two firsts and a bunch of 2nds. Second round picks are the currency for players like DLO, Wiseman, etc. Unfortunately for the Wolves, 2nd-round picks are probably the main currency for Rudy Gobert right now.
Lip, Lip, Lip...I know you hang by your computer hoping that I can make your day by giving you a "like" ;-) . And you were so close with this one...until the last sentence. Rudy is a future hall of famer who a) either forgot how to play basketball at the ripe old age of 30, or b) hasn't been properly utilized as a T-Wolf. I guess we will see in the coming weeks, but I think the currency for Rudy is miles higher than 2nd round picks.
Edit that last sentence, and I promise you a "like".

Absent a trade, the Wolves will need to release/buy out two current roster players - one to make room for Alexander-Walker, the other to make room for Pat Bev. I would expect Forbes to be one of those roster cuts. But join the developing board consensus that it will be either Rivers or Knight. I think Garza's play makes cutting Knight a reasonable move unless the Wolves move Naz before today's deadline. On the other hand, I'm not sure it makes sense to keep Rivers with Pat Bev and Alexander-Walker coming in and JMac getting healthy. My bet is that Forbes and Rivers get cut.

FNG - I put that last sentence in just for you. :). Obviously, I was engaging in a bit of hyperbole for effect. Depending on the players involved, I think Rudy would fetch as many as two 1st-round picks - both probably top 5 protected. I'm actually being serious this time.

Cool, I am with you on this one. But I also confess that I am enough of a Wolves rube that I would probably embrace a reunion if he played anywhere near at the level he did last year. But that's the question, I guess...he hasn't been very good in LA.

You'll be lucky if you get 3.
KAT has a shitty rep that he has yet to overcome.
I'll also say this:
let's say this trade did happen this summer. There's no point to extending McDaniels when I'd have a much better defender in Bridges who makes less money than what McDaniels could command.
