He was a league average starting PG last year. With his play this year he doesn't deserve minutes at the moment. The thing is Jmac fear of shooting and when he does shoot is killing the wolves also

We will always disagree on this what is cool, Cool. Wolves were 3.1 pts better with Dlo on the court than him off last year what is in the 70th percentile. Yes Dlo had rough patches along the way like every other non elite player in the NBA. Every single person on this board would agree with he isn't a max contract player but that was always going to be the case when they traded Wiggins (Assuming they didn't do a straight salary dump).

I mean Dlo this year is shooting 4% worse from the floor, 5% worse from 3, shooting 7% from the line while shooting a whole FT less per game, 1.5 assists less per game but a whole TO more per game. Wolves are 3 pts per 100 worse this year on defense when Dlo is on the court compared to last year and 12.5 pts per 100 possessions worse on defense than last year when the lineup does not have Rudy in it. Dlo has been trash this year, he was solid last year though.

Yes I thought 20 million a year for Dlo going forward was fair. Looking like I will be wrong on that. Thought he would have more positive improvement more compared to his normal shooting numbers from the last 4 years of his career. I was wrong at this moment.

Sure there's gray area for most things and sure Dlo has had some good moments here, but I think it's a reach to claim he was ever league average (beyond a few hot shooting stretches). My bottom line is that we've reached a point where its fair to make an overall judgement on that Dlo trade, and any honest person will admit that it was a bad trade for us (although not as bad as the Gobert trade will end up). Thank goodness the Dlo extension conversations have stopped. I was actually willing to give him a 4/70 extension at one point and now I'll admit that I was wrong about that.
