Ricky and Towns are supposed to be our best defenders and they are becoming our worst. Slim points it out correctly, Ricky's instincts aren't enough. His athleticism is just not NBA level.

The games Minnesota has struggled are against teams with high level PG's. They high pick and roll against Rubio and he gets destroyed every time. I believe it's time to let Dunn flex!

Towns is a joke on defense and Ricky can't stay in front of anyone nor fight around screens at all. It's not that far from being true.

Agree 100%. He gets burned regularly by the top level NBA points and it's not enough to watch him chase them around the court.

Teamricky....what games are you watching unless this is pure sarcasm. If Ricky could attack the rim and finish, or hit a Sam Cassel 15' shot, then defense wouldn't be his only strength. And that factor is subpar against any PG who is athletic and can push the rock and attack.
