Charlotte should be a very winnable game even for the Wolves, but hilariously the Wolves blow a big lead and lose. DLO doesn't make the team better and the team lacks leadership (KAT included). Wolves need to start drafting better but now no picks in 2021 draft (Rosas stupidity). Clown Franchise, LOL

I feel for Ryan having to coach a bunch of G-Leaguers. KAT is only player that is above average and he wasn't there.

He had a team high +8. You just love to hate. Wolves shot terrible from 3 and couldn't get rebounds (only 1 big on the roster today)

Sadly it's been shown that KAT doesn't contribute much to winning when he is there.

And you said he's a top 30 player. I have a bridge to sell you. LOL

DLO was not even in top 300 in NBA RPM. He's even worse in regular plus minus stats. Remember last two games of -48, -22 and against a poor Charlotte team he is positive. DLO rarely shows up against good teams.

Did he really say he's a top 30 player? I don't think he's that dumb.

Yup. We have not had a dynamic backcourt like this in forever. Cassell and Sprewell?

Whoa. Let's pump the brakes a little bit Doug. But that would be fun if they could win games like Sam I Am and Milwaukee's Best.

Im with you here. Lets see them win games as our starting backcourt before we name them the next Sprewell and Cassell. I mean Beasley and DLO both have some pretty big holes in their games.

Ryan is not coaching bums, Im sorry, he just isn't. All NBA player in Kat, a former all star in DLO, a guy who is in the rising stars game, a guy who started 18 games and played in all 82 games for the #2 seed in the west, the #6 pick, a guy who is putting up 24 pts 8.5 rebounds in per 36. A solid vet in James Johnson.

Before that he was coaching Teague a former all star, Cov an all defensive player. He has also coached a former MVP and 6th man of the year contender in Rose. Solid role player in Taj.

He has coached this team to a 33-62 recored (.347) what is 7th best in Wolves history out of 13 coaches.

Wolves have dropped to 23rd in offensive rating dropping from 4th best offense in thibs last year. Wolves are 17th in defense.

Wolves don't have great talent no doubt but lets not act like Ryan is coaching nobody. Wolves have an All NBA player on their team.

In posts this summer when I had suggested why acquiring D'Angelo Russell would be a positive move, I gave many numbers to support my take. The one that KG4Ever seems to be contorting or just misremembering is when I said Russell had a top-30 VORP last season, which is completely true whether you hate the guy or not. I'm not sure where I'd rank him amongst the league today, but I think he's a very good and talented young player.

But KG4Ever has been exposed tonight as being bias and unjustified in his analysis. Russell was arguably the best player on the floor for either team tonight -- the numbers reflect this as does the eye test -- and yet again we get the same tired nonsense about how god-awful Russell is and yada yada yada. It's unbecoming. Perhaps pick and choose your battles more wisely, KG4Ever.
