Good read, bleedspeed...difficult to disagree with the writers. I did find it interesting that only 6% of his minutes this season have been with Rubio, the Wolves player who makes others better...gives me some hope.

AB remains an intriguing character for me. While some here have written him off, I have not. With the possible exception of Zach LaVine, I think AB has the biggest range of future outcomes...he could end up being a bust, and he could end up harnessing all that natural ability and becoming a star. I hope he can show us something in the final 10 games this year.

I am not ready to give up on him. I wish he could get healthy and we could see him for 10+ games with over 20 minutes a night.

I don't see how AP has proved enough for us to comfortably toss Bennett aside. I'd like to see them challenge each other next year for the playing time because neither has separated themself from the other already to pick one to move forward with. Bennett's big salary is also going to be needed in any trades for a big salary player because most of our other good young players make scraps.

That was a good read actually thanks for posting it. 2 things.

The addition of Payne I don't think means Bennett is tossed aside. Why? Paybe has the length to backup both PF and C he might suck at it but in theory at least when the trade was made that had to be part of the thinking. There could easily be room for both guys although you add in KG as well and things get crowded.

PF has been the worst spot on the team this year no doubt. You have a couple of games by KG a handful of games by Thad and other than that Hummel was about as effective as anyone else. Hummel. If the Wolves don't bring in some other talent at PF this offseason they are kidding themselves. That doesn't mean I am totally giving up on either Payne or AB but I am not planning much of anything around them when it comes to the future. Whatever happened to it being easy to find an NBA PF easily? Lol
