I'd want Olynyk and I am sure that is who Flip would be after. Then add in the 2 picks this year and the picks they have from Brooklyn. That would be the meat of the deal for me. I would require that Budinger goes too. I like Green but don't really see the point unless its a swap for Martin I guess. Bogans is non-guaranteed right? Add him in there.

It would be purely to make salaries match Cam. I prefer Green to Bass even though Bass will be an expiring. Green can play the 3 and the 4 and gives us size on the wing to defend bigger wings which Brewer struggles against. And Bradley's a pretty handy combo guard to have coming off the bench, depending on how much he resigns for. And as we've learnt over the last couple of seasons you can never have enough wings. Harris and Napier can probably contribute right away, but I see Vonleh taking the Derrick Favors path and taking a few years to develop into a starter.

I get why you'd want them. They're NBA starters. I just don't see how we'd get them in that deal realistically, and I don't see why we'd want them either unless it's to flip them to another team. Bradley requires a new deal soon and, if I'm not mistaken, Green makes around $8M per year. We're about to hit rebuilding mode. Might be better for those minutes to go to young players instead of guys who'll keep us a bad team while impeding the growth of prospects.
So, to sum it up, Boston likely doesn't include Bradley/Green with all those 1st rounders nor should Minnesota want them in place of any of those 1st rounders. Doesn't make a lot of sense for us.

Flip putting a wet blanket on Boston. lol Flip saying Love under contract and doesn't dictate where guys go on vacations. Below is the quote that cracked me up.

Flip when asked if Celtics fans should calm down: "I've been there. They're never going to calm down. I think they still think they got...
Tim Duncan in the draft"!

Not sure how that does anything to quiet the rumors. Flip never said anything regarding whether they have been talking trade with the Celtics.

I think that either Green or Bass would have to be included in the deal for salary match purposes. Actually we may need to take both in return.

I'd invite you to click on the links and read all the tweets then decide.
More Flip: "I know there's a feeding frenzy out there from a lot of teams, unfortunately they have no say. I plan on Kevin being here"

Flip's doing his job. It's Love's silence that speaks volumes.

LST - You're post here is the truth. That silence is the loudest thing we've heard.
