Any plan for Bennett to appear on court for the wolves again?

I missed the game. I have it DVRed. Don't know if I am going to watch it...

Was KG even on the bench? They said he was getting a 2nd opinion on his knee tonight.

I think the fact KG is getting a second opinion on his knee should signal to the doubters that he hasn't just been skipping games. I haven't heard of guys getting second opinions without having an actual injury.

- Anyone who thought Young was a liability on defense should now apologize. The Payne-Hamilton-Dieng trio may have just put together the worst interior defensive display in franchise history.

- Hamilton demonstrated once again that he is a smart, serviceable player. Unfortunately he doesn't have the physicality to battle it out in the paint. He's probably best suited to play the 4. That means Pekovic is our only true Center on the roster, as no one else is really strong enough. Scary.

- Wiggins once again sleepwalked through this one. I want the Wiggins from January back again.

- What an interesting contrast watching Zach vs. Lowbrow at the point. One looks like a natural shooting guard who should never be allowed to run a team and the other looks like a natural point guard who should never be allowed to shoot. Unfortunately Flip only recognizes one of those facts (or he's tanking - he must be tanking).

- Geez Budinger, where the hell was this earlier in the year?! Timely basket cuts, confident shots, decisive rebounds. Good to see you have some life left in you!

- When does KG's mentoring kick in again on defense? Can those of you who so strongly advocated for his Yoda-like defensive mentoring please let us know when we can start seeing some results? Anyone? Anyone? Tim?

Q, are you serious????

The trio you speak of combined don't even make up half of Young's outrageous salary. Two of the three have barely combined for 50 games total in the NBA, and the third is in his second season.

I guess I missed the dominating defensive performances of the wolves while Young has anchoring our D.

I do remember comments like, "maybe he isn't trying with everyone injured", or "he can't do it by himself". What I saw tonight was the wolves getting beat on PnR usually after the initial defense forced the ball handler to give up the ball. That responsibility falls to other players as well. I guess we could go back to the old days of Young waving a hand at the ball handler while he watches him drive for a layup, or gambling for a steal only to give up any defensive position he may have had. It's going to take a while for Gourgi to adjust to not having to double the PF everytime he gets the ball on the elbow like when Thad was here.

Thad posted a typical wolves box score, with the typical upper teens in points with a TS% around 50, and a whopping 3 rebounds with 2 steals and 3 turnovers, while Hamilton put up 15 (on similar efficiency) and 6 with a steal, 2 blks and zero turnovers. Not sure where the apology has been earned.
