The semifinal and Final games are up on YouTube if you want to watch them. I thought I had posted the semifinal game in that game thread but for some reason it didn't happen. I will repost my thoughts over there.

I just finished watching the Gold medal Game and I'll say this if you want to believe AB has potential watch this game. He only had 9 rebounds but he was really beasting on the boards I think all 5 fouls he drew were fighting for rebounds. Offensively he was getting what he wanted pretty much all game. He took one bad long contested 2 later in the game but scored in a nice variety of ways. His team defense looked better and he was only credited with 1 block I think he had two and both were nice recoveries. Later in the game he looked tired and he made a couple poor plays like a bad foul and a poor pass in transition. He had been working pretty hard so I don't fault him too much but it's something to note.

I don't know what Brazil's talent level is but they clearly played better as a team than anyone I had seen in the tourney. Canada made a run at it but it wasn't enough. Overall a pretty good showing for Bennett in this game.

One thing I am unsure of is Bennett's screens. He seems a lot of the time he at most redirects guy to go around him he just goes to a spot and that's it. Now maybe he is doing what the coaches ask him to do he seems to clearly know where he is supposed to be on offense at any given point and he is really looking to screen and roll somewhere which I like. I'd like to see him bury more guys on some of those screens instead of brush up against them at best. Of course some of that can be on the ball handler as well.

Also Ejim really stepped up and played tough in this game and he had too with Nicholson fouling out. He was a guy that was all over the floor and was making plays. Canadia was undersized and he and Bennett were getting it done. Anyway I am glad I watched the game it was worth the time.
